It’s Family Fun in February at RAW Garden! Join us as we learn more about the Philippines through children’s stories and food!
Anna, a children’s storyteller and author, will share her story growing up in the Philippines and stories by famous Filipino picture book writers. Her friend Jhona, will teach us how she prepares her sought-after fresh lumpia (a cross between a spring roll and a burrito). Have fun with the kids in assembling your own lumpia and the all-time favourite summer dessert – halo-halo (a medley of candied fruits, crushed ice, and non-dairy milk). Food on the day will be vegan or vegetarian.
