Join Melissa Jeffcott and Mariam Issa, as we come together with like minded women in the sacred space of circle under the light of the full moon. This date is also the Autumn Equinox (Mabon) which is a very powerful time to reassess what you need to let go of in order to find more balance in your life.
This circle will be held outdoors at the RAW Community Garden, we will hold space for each other to share how we are feeling, set intentions, and let go of any feelings no longer serving us around the fire.
Sitting in circle is a beautiful opportunity to take time out just for you, the feeling of being supported by the women around you without judgement is really very special.
Tea and raw treats will be served, and there is plenty of time to chat and connect afterwards.
