The Singing Wok is the brainchild of Dr Moni Lai Storz, poet, novelist, playwright, cross-cultural trainer and home cook extraordinarie. The Singing Wok is an intercultural fusion of Malay & Chinese cuisines, known locally in South East Asia especially in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia as “Baba Nyonya” or “Peranakan” cuisine.
We will be introduced to Hokkien Char by the chef, Moni and the companiment of music by two incredible performers, Justyna & Mick.
