Animated, kind and colourful are words that flow into mind when thinking about Rafaele. In addition to such an infectious personality lies a passion and talent for traditional Italian cooking. Last Sunday in the RAW garden, we had the pleasure of being taught the simple yet delicious recipe of pesto pasta both normal and vegetarian editions with spices and fresh herbs infused the pavilion while Rafaele cooked with love, skill and, dare i say, a little bit of mess. Laughs, poetry, compliments and stories were exchanged while we devoured our food on the dinning table in the shade of the pavilion.
