Anni Turnbull shared beautiful & inspiring stories from her homeland, her journey into eating Vegan and its benefits. What stood out for me was replacing egg whites with chic pea brine for her vegan meringues, very impressive! A very insightful & educative class. Every bit of the food was delicious, very light and healthy! Thank you so much, Anni, your efforts were truly appreciated!
