Community Culture & Cuisine – Lucas Posada

On Sunday, everyone at the raw garden was filled to the brim with south american cuisine. The cooking class was held by Lucas and Veronica who taught us the importance of holistic eating and how food is meant to nourish not only body but for mind! Everyone in the garden that day experienced eating with their hands after Lucas metaphorised cutlery as weapons. It was a wonderful day of experiencing anothers culture and a wonderful day of spending time connecting with everyone around us.
